Apple Tree Barn

Just 6 miles to the famous market town or Ludlow and walking distance to the lovely local pub, Apple Tree Barn is one of three holiday barns nestled on the grounds of a 2,000 acre estate where guests are welcome to walk and take in the stunning Shropshire countryside.

The shared heated indoor swimming pool can be booked exclusively for your party as can the use of a hard tennis court – so don’t forget your racket!

Apple Tree Barn: single story barn sleeping 12 in six bedrooms. All the bedrooms are off a long hallway:

• Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) Two single beds and en-suite shower
• Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) Double bed and en-suite with bath with shower attachment
• Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) Double bed, TV and en-suite shower
• Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2) Double bed, TV and en-suite, bath with shower attachment
• Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2) Two single beds and en-suite shower
• Bedroom 6 (sleeps 2) Three single beds and cot. With en-suite, bath with shower attachment

The Kitchen/Diner has a large table and 12 chairs. In the kitchen you’ll find all the facilities of a modern kitchen but with large groups in mind, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find not one, but two ovens and two dishwashers!

The large lounge has seating for 12 people in a selection of sofas and chairs. There is of course a TV with Sky, DVD player and back door leading onto a terrace and garden. Wi-Fi is available in the cottage. There is also a Utility Room with separate WC, sink, and additional freezer.

Outside you’ll find a large, south facing lawned garded with terrace, table and benches. There is also a barbeque so don’t forget your charcoal. There is also parking for multiple cars.
