The Accommodation

Oliver’s Mill is one of four barn conversions at Alkington Grange Barns and is set in the courtyard of a 100-acre family-run farm, just a couple of a miles from Whitchurch. The cottage has been converted to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features including exposed oak beams, but complimenting with modern fixtures and fittings to create a welcoming homely atmosphere. Outside, a large courtyard with Georgian hay-barn,  provides a shared undercover area for a BBQ or simply relaxing whilst children play safely in the adjoining toddler’s play area. The cottage shares an indoor heated swimming pool with bookable timeslots for  your own exclusive use. There is also an enclosed games area, with markings for football, tennis or badminton. From your front door there are farm walks and a woodland picnic area.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Fuel starter pack for stove included, extra wood can be purchased from owners. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Shared indoor heated swimming pool (by arrangement with owner), exclusive booking times available. Please bring own pool towels. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.2 miles.
